Image filenames carry a legacy prefix — ignore it

Several filenames still begin with exotic_ or luxury_ — for example exotic_bmw_320i_1.webp for RC0001. Those are historical class prefixes from Rocket's own CMS. They are not a classification and the partner API deliberately overrides them. Use sippCode, rocketClass and rocketCategory, never the filename.

Rocket holds no photograph of any rental station

There is no picture of a counter, a branch forecourt or a hand-over point anywhere in Rocket's asset library, and the location schema has no image field. Stated plainly so you can plan around it rather than discover it during merchandising.

Rocket does hold office imagery — interior views of Rocket's own premises. That is a different thing, and it is not licensed for use as a location image on a traveller-facing page: a traveller who books an airport delivery and is shown an office interior has been told something untrue about where they are going. If Rocket later commissions station photography, it will be added to the licence by written notice.

The licence to reproduce all of this

Rocket grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, worldwide licence to reproduce, display and transmit the vehicle photography, the vehicle specification data, the location and rate reference data, and the Rocket name and logo — solely for marketing and selling Rocket rentals through your own websites, apps, booking flows, customer communications and marketing channels.

It takes effect on execution of the Distribution Agreement and is granted subject to it. Nothing in it transfers ownership. Until it is signed, use these URLs for integration and testing only. Royalty-free means no separate fee is payable for the licence itself; it does not affect commission or any other commercial term. Sub-licensing is permitted only to your own affiliates and downstream channels selling Rocket rentals under the same agreement, on these same terms, and you remain responsible for their compliance.

Conditions:

Purpose limitation. Assets may be used only in connection with selling Rocket rentals — not to promote another supplier, another rental brand, or an unrelated product.
No misrepresentation. A photograph must be shown against the vehicle it depicts. Do not imply a specific vehicle, trim, colour or registration will be supplied — availability is at the model level and no specific car is held until pick-up.
No material alteration. Cropping, resizing, compression and colour correction for display are fine. Do not composite, retouch or add elements in a way that changes what the vehicle appears to be or what is included with it.
Do not remove or obscure any watermark, attribution or notice Rocket applies to an asset.
Brand assets. The Rocket name and logo identify Rocket as the rental supplier. They may not be used to imply you are Rocket, are owned by Rocket, or are endorsed by Rocket beyond the distribution relationship.
Currency of data. Specification and policy data must be refreshed from the API. Publishing a cached figure the API has since changed — a deposit, a mileage allowance, a specification — is your responsibility, not Rocket's.
Vehicle images must be shown only against the vehicle they depict. If a future vehicle has no image, handle the empty array as a placeholder, never by suppressing it.

Term. The licence runs for the term of the Distribution Agreement. On termination you cease new use and remove the assets from customer-facing channels within 30 days — except that material already dispatched to a customer (a confirmation email, an issued voucher) need not be recalled, and archival copies kept for legal, accounting or audit purposes may be retained provided they are not published. Rocket may withdraw a specific asset on written notice, to be removed within 30 days.

Warranty. Rocket warrants it has the right to grant this licence. Assets are provided “as is” as to fitness for your particular presentation, and Rocket does not warrant that a photograph is free of third-party elements incidentally captured — background vehicles, signage, passers-by. Clear any use beyond ordinary product display with Rocket first: out-of-home advertising, print at scale, or use of a person's likeness.

Attribution. None is required on a product page. Where you credit image sources generally, Rocket asks to be credited as “Rocket Car Rentals Vietnam”.
